HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.338 of 2017 ORDER:

The learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State submits that the police filed final report of the crime No.207 of 2016 of Women Police Station, Warangal city, against the petitioner/A.2 that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate by allotting C.C.No.293 of 2017.

Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioner/A.2 to impugn said police final report by filing fresh petition with chargesheet and part-II C.D. material.
