This matter has already been settled before the Lok Adalat on 12.03.2022 and therefore, this appeal is disposed of in view of the directions of the Lok Adalat, which are as follows : (i) The appellant is entitled to the refund of Court Fee paid in this appeal.

(ii) The amount already deposited by the insurance company shall be given credit to.

(iii) The respondents /petitioners / claimant Nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw their respective shares. 4.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of. Copy of proceedings of the Lok Adalat is to be annexed to this judgment as part and parcel. In the circumstances of the case, the parties shall bear their respective costs.
