Heard.

Alleging inaction on the part of the respondent bank authorities in consideration his representation, dated 28-08-2015, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent has produced a copy of the letter addressed to the petitioner by the Bank as early as on 22-09-2015 acknowledged by the petitioner on 23-09-2015, whereby the request of the petitioner was rejected.

The present writ petition has been filed on 05-10-2015 without referring to the said reply of the Bank. In view of the said reply, therefore, nothing survives for consideration.
