(per SK,J) Sri Uday Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri S.Surender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner's husband, who was alleged to have been detained illegally, has since been arrested and released on bail. In that view of the matter, learned counsel states that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
