HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8849 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A-2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.233 of 2015 of Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 379 and 506 IPC.

2) A-1 is produced on P.T.warrant from Central Prison, Charlapally through escort HC1835 of C.R. head-quarters, A-2 and the defacto-complainant are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to FIR.No.233 of 2015 of Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 379 and 506 IPC, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner/A-2, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
