ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 5 to consider representation of the petitioner dated 13.2.2017 pursuant to registration of Cr.No.14 of 2017, dated 23.1.2017 by the 5th respondent.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the 5th respondent stating that upon receipt of the representation of the petitioner by the Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, the same was forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Choutuppal Division on 13.2.2017.

An enquiry was conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, who, in turn, submitted the enquiry report on 15.3.2017 to the Commissioner of Police. In view of the same, it is for the Commissioner of Police to take further steps in accordance with the report submitted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to approach the Commissioner of Police or the Magistrate concerned.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
