Though the matter is posted under the caption 'Final hearing', the learned counsel for the appellant-The United India Insurance Company is not present and there is no representation on their behalf. In the earlier occasions also, none appeared on behalf of the appellantThe United India Insurance Company Limited. Therefore, it seems that the appellant-Insurance Company has no interest to pursue the matter.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
