It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court passed orders in W.P.No.18067 of 2016 dated 08.06.2016 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings appearing for the respondents 5 and 6.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and for the reasons alike in the order dated 08.06.2016 in W.P.No.18067 of 2016, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 5 and 6 not to evict the petitioners without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
