Sri Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to avail an alternate remedy available under law.

2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue an alternate remedy available under law. No order as to costs.
