Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the provisions of the Wakf Act, 1995 for protecting the properties of the petitioner.

2. Granting liberty as sought the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
