The allegations against the petitioners are that they trespassed into the house of the 2nd respondent and abused him in filthy language, beat him and his family members also when they tried to rescue him and threatened the 2nd respondent to give divorce to his wife i.e., the daughter of the 1st petitioner. Heard and perused the material available on record. On 17.05.2012, while admitting the criminal petition, in Crl.MP No.
4529 of 2012 this Court granted interim stay of arrest of the petitioners, until further orders, while allowing to go on investigation into the matter. A perusal of the record does not disclose any material to show whether the investigation is completed or not. Hence, this Court is of the view that this criminal petition can be disposed of by making the interim order, dated 17.05.2012, absolute. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of making absolute the interim order, dated 17.05.2012, passed by this Court in Crl.MP No.4529 of 2012.
