ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in

the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in calling for tenders for doing export business under the guise of operation and management of modern slaughter houses at Gowlipura, Bhoiguda, and Ramanasthapura, Hyderabad is highly unwarranted, unjust, highly arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal, and unsustainable and contrary to the very object of the modern abattoirs."

On 11.09.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Secretary of the petitioner-Society died and that steps for brining on record his successor will be taken. The case was accordingly adjourned at his request. On 08.10.2015, the case was again adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Today at the hearing there is no representation for the petitioner and no application for bringing on record the present Secretary of the petitioner is filed. In the light of the above facts, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 30.08.2012, as modified on 30.04.2013, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.34648 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
