THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.4651 OF 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, written instructions, dated. 15-02-2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector Police, Allavaram Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions, to the extent of their relevance, read as under: - "It is submitted that the contention of the petitioner that the 3rd respondentSHO, Allavaram Police Station, East Godavari District summoned the petitioner and his family members to the Police Station and detained them and interfered with the civil dispute is incorrect baseless, far from truth and has been created for the purpose of filing the present writ petition.
It is submitted that is incorrect to say that the 4th respondent having good relation with the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent taken the petitioner and his family members to the Police station and asked them to return the agreement of sale or else the petitioner will be implicated in false cases, hence denied. It is submitted that as of now, no FIR was registered against the petitioner herein on the file of 3rd respondent-SHO, Allavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, hence calling the petitioner to the Police Station does not arise."
