OFFICE NOTE 12.12.2022 Dr.CSL, J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.21 in Crime No.10 of 2022 of Panjagutta Police Station. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was enlarged on bail and while granting bail through common order in Criminal Petition Nos.1362, 1397, 1452 and 1455 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022 this Court ordered to appear before the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month till filing of charge-sheet and the petitioner is complying with the said condition, and till now no charge-sheet is filed and therefore, the condition imposed may be relaxed. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not raise any objection for grant of such a relief. Also, the request sought for appears to be convincing.

Therefore, the condition imposed as prayed for is relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation agency and appear

before the concerned police in case he specifically directed.
