This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.211 of 2015 from the file of the Principal District Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of fresh transfer civil miscellaneous petition, if she is so advised.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
