Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A4 of Crime No.191 of 2017 of P.S. Gadwal Town and also the learned public prosecutor representing the 1st respondent - State and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and the FIR. 2.

A perusal of the record no way shows to admit the application and interdict the investigation. Hence, this criminal petition is disposed of, by kept open all available defences of the accused, however, in the event of any necessity of arrest of the petitioner, the police shall strictly follow Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1.
