This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in Crime No.21 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kollipara Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is granted.
