HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.13039 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the respondents in acquiring his land for laying 33 feet road, without following due process of law.

2.

The 2nd respondent filed a detailed counter stating that 60 feet katcha road is already in existence since a long time at the subject place and that the respondents are not intending to acquire the land of the petitioner for the purpose of laying or widening the road. 3.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
