The revision is directed against the order dated 03.12.2010 in I.A. No.292 of 2010 (old I.A.No.572 of 2009) in an unnumbered Appeal Suit in the Court of XIII-Additional District Judge, Narasaraopet.

Revision petitioner filed I.A.No.292 of 2010 under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 185 days in filing the first appeal and the interlocutory application was dismissed holding that petitioner has not satisfactorily explained the abnormal delay of 185 days in filing the first appeal. Hence, the revision. Heard counsel for petitioner.

No representation for respondent.

After perusing the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has not made out any ground to interfere with the order impugned in the revision. Revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
