HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 5087 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 03.11.2015, passed the following interim order:- "Pending further orders, there shall be an interim suspension of the impugned order in Rc.No.1848/Ser.IV-2/2015-22, dated 01.10.2015 of the 4th respondent and consequential proceeding Rc.No.B4/C1/C3/6806/2015, 07.10.2015 of the 1st respondent and the respondents 1 and 4 are directed to continue the applicant as LFL Headmaster at Primary School, Chagapur, Itikyala Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 03.11.2015, no further orders are required and pray this Court to close the writ petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
