HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2906 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

The grievance of learned counsel for petitioner is that he filed protest petition in Cr.M.P.No. nil of 2013 (S.R.No. 4749 of 2013) in Crime No.187 of 2012 challenging the final report filed by the Police of III Town Police Station, Karimnagar referring the mater as 'civil in nature' but the learned Magistrate has not enquired into the said protest petition till now. Learned counsel requests for a direction to the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar to dispose of his protest petition at the earliest. Having regard to the above submission, the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar is directed to dispose of the protest petition in Cr.M.P.No. nil of 2013 (S.R.No. 4749 of 2013), on merits, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
