ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in issuing notification R.C. No.4942/2012-G by first respondent calling the eligible candidates for filling up the vacancies of 20 F.P. Shops in the jurisdiction of first respondent on permanent basis in issuing notification as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, contrary to the provisions of G.O. Ms. No.52, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.I) Department, dt.18.12.2008 of the 4th respondent herein and also violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and grant interim stay of all further proceedings in notification R.C. No.4942/2012-G by first respondent." At the hearing, Mr. P. Satya Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
