13.03.2024 Dr.GRR, J I.A.No.2 of 2024 In I.A.No.1 of 2024 In Crl.A.No.207 of 2024 This application is filed by the petitioner - accused - appellant to correct the case number of the court below as 'S.C.(POCSO) No.154 of 2022' instead of 'S.C.(POCSO) No.154 of 2024' in the prayer portion of the order dated 05.03.2024 in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in Crl.A. No.207 of 2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted bail to the petitioner in I.A. No.1 of 2024 in Crl.A. No.207 of 2024 vide order dated 05.03.2024 and in the first paragraph of the said order, inadvertently 'S.C. (POCSO) No.154 of 2024' was typed instead of 'S.C. (POCSO) No.154 of 2022' and requested to correct the same and issue corrected copy of the order. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application is allowed and the case number i.e. "S.C. (POCSO) No.154 of 2024" mentioned in the first paragraph of the order dated 05.03.2024 in I.A. No.1 of 2024 in Crl.A. No.207 of 2024 shall be replaced with "S.C.
