This petition is filed by the petitioner to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2015 from the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Tenali, Guntur District and transfer the same to the file of Judge, Family Court-Senior Civil Judge's Court, Medak.

When the matter is taken-up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that the respondent has no objection for transferring the same. He has also stated that both the parties are living together.

In view of the same, HMOP.No.18 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Tenali, Guntur District and transferred the same to the file of Judge, Family Court-Senior Civil Judge's Court, Medak. Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is allowed.
