B/O ns 25.08.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.20 in Crl.P.No.1452 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022 that he should appear before the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the charge sheet is filed.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appearing accordingly which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State.

Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.20 in Crl.Petition No.1452 of 2022 on 22.02.2022, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. However, petitioner/Accused No.20 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required.

Accordingly, IA is ordered.
