HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. Nos.67, 69 and 121 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Transfer CMP No.67 of 2015 is filed under Section 24 CPC by the petitioner (husband) to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.464 of 2014 from the file of Family Court-cum-Additional District Court, Guntur and transfer the same to any competent Court at Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. Transfer CMP No.69 of 2015 is filed under Section 24 CPC by the petitioner (husband) to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.463 of 2014 from the file of Family Court-cum-Additional District Court, Guntur and transfer the same to any competent Court at Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, for disposal in accordance with law.

3. Transfer CMP No.121 of 2015 is filed under Section 24 CPC by the petitioner (wife) to withdraw O.P. No.132 of 2012 from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kovvur, West Godavari District and transfer the same to the file of Family Court-cum-Additional District Court, Guntur, for disposal in accordance with law.

4. The petitioner in Transfer CMP Nos.67 and 69 of 2015 is the husband of the petitioner in Transfer CMP No.121 of 2015. The parties in all the petitions are one and the same. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that all the matters may be transferred to Tadepalligudem in the interest of both the parties.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties and also in the interest of both the parties, I am inclined to order these petitions as follows:

(a) F.C.O.P. No.464 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of Family Courtcum-Additional District Court, Guntur and transferred to the file of I

Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, for disposal in accordance with law. (b) F.C.O.P. No.463 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of Family Courtcum-Additional District Court, Guntur and transferred to the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, for disposal in accordance with law.

(c) O.P. No.132 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kovvur, West Godavari District and transferred to the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, for disposal in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Transfer CMPs are allowed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these transfer petitions shall stand closed.
