THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO. 4600 OF 2018 ORDER:
The petitioner states that originally his father was the absolute owner and possessor of land in an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas, Ac.0.10 guntas, Ac.1.31 guntas respectively situated in Sy.Nos.58/A, 78/EE & 79 of Kothapeta Village, Jannaram Mandal, Adilabad District along with other lands. His father passed away and in the family partition, he succeeded the said lands. On 2.1.2015, he applied for mutation of his name in the revenue records in the place of his father. After conducting enquiry, his name was mutated in so far as the lands situated in Sy.Nos.58/A, 78/EE and 79 of Kothapeta village are concerned. On 16.11.2017, he applied for survey of those lands. When no action was taken since 2017, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the Mandal Surveyor, Jannaram, initially issued notice to the petitioner and to the concerned pattedars by fixing demarcation notification dated 21.12.2017 and the petitioner is residing at Utnoor Mandal of Nirmal District. The petitioner was informed over telephone with regard to the said survey, but the petitioner was not available
on that date. Now another notice will be issued in the second week of March, 2018 and appropriate notices would be issued to all the concerned persons in advance.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 to conduct survey and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
