When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that matter has become infructuous. The submission is recorded. In view of the said submission, the very purpose of filing of the present petition has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
