Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 14.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, III Town Police Station, Karimnagar are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "On receipt of a complaint lodged by Smt.Kudishiya Rubeena, W/o.Mohammed Sajeed (4th respondent herein) with the police of III Town Police Station, Karimnagar, a case in Cr.No.36/2018 U/secs.420, 506 r/w 34 IPC dated 12.2.2018 was registered and against the petitioner and Mr.Purna Sunil Kumar and taken up the investigation into the case. The gist of the complaint is that A2 Mr.
Purna Sunil Kumar who is the friend of A1 (petitioner herein) interfered and deceived the complainant/4th respondent that he will provide 2 guntals of land of A1 (petitioner herein) and he asked additional amount of Rs.1,50,000/- she believed his version and handed over Rs.50,000/- but the A2 did not to do so. About 20 days back the complainant went to A1 and A2 who are found in front of Savera Bakery, Khanpura, Karimnagar and asked about her amount, they denied to repay her amount and threatened with dire consequences to kill if they approached them for the amount.
During the course of investigation into the case, the investigation officer examined the complainant/4th respondent herein and 5th respondent and some other
witnesses and some other witnesses and recorded their detailed statements. As per the statements of the witnesses, prima facie case is clearly established that the petitioner (A1) and another accused (A2) committed the offences U/secs.420, 506 r/w.34 IPC beyond all reasonable doubt.
When the investigating agency is going to take steps against the accused/petitioner, the petitioner with a malafide intention and to escape from his criminal liability and also to divert the attention of the investigating agency, rushed to this Hon'ble Court and filed the present writ petition with false and baseless allegations.
A copy of the FIR is annexed to this written instructions for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. It is humbly submitted that the petitioner (A1) is required in connection with the above case. Steps will be taken against him as per the evidence and by following the due procedure of law.
It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that day in and day out under the influence of the 4th and 5th respondent (complainants in the above case), this respondent has been calling him from his mobile and asking him to come to the police station and made him to sit for hours together and ultimately threatening him to settle the civil disputes with the 4th respondent by entering into compromise or else he would foist false cases against him is absolutely false and hence denied.
I humbly submit that the petitioner (A1) is required in connection with the above case. If any orders/directions are passed/given, there is every chance that he may tamper the record and gain over the witnesses."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 14.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, III Town Police Station, Karimnagar. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
