Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that without considering the representation dated 19.09.2016 submitted by the petitioner herein the respondent authorities are resorting to constitute a Trust Board for the subject institution pursuant to the notification vide Memo.No.4759/Endowments-II/A1/2016-2, dated 06.08.2016. It is further submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before the Commissioner of Endowments Department. 3.

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner herein was placed under suspension by the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments, Hyderabad. Repelling the said submission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order was suspended in the writ petition filed by the petitioner. The fact remains that the representation dated 19.09.2016 is pending consideration before the Commissioner of Endowments as on date. 4.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be served if the first respondent Commissioner is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 19.09.2017.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent Commissioner of Endowments to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 19.09.2017, within a period of two months from the

date of receipt or this order. Pending consideration of the representation, status quo pursuant to the Memo.No.4759/Endowments-II/A1/2016-2, dated 06.08.2016 shall continue.
