HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.M.P.No.22544 of 2015 IN/AND WRIT PETITION No.37014 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not permitting the petitioner to write 1st year BDS external examination scheduled to be held in December, 2013 - January, 2014 and the internal examinations of 2nd year.

2. This Court, by order dated 25.03.2015, directed the first respondent to declare the result of the petitioner's 2nd year BDS examination with Hall Ticket No.1096043. In pursuance of the said order, the results were declared and the petitioner failed in one subject.

3. In the circumstances, the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition as when new cause of action arises. In view of dismissal of main Writ Petition, WPMP.No.22544 of 2015 is also dismissed as not maintainable.
