Ttrough the Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.l256 of 2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted her prayer and requested this Court to dispense r,vith the appearance of the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.1256 of

() 2023 on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial Magisffate of First Class, at Jagtial.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner. 5.

In view of the above submissions, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the presence of the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.1256 of 2023 on the file of the learned t Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Jagtial, is dispensed with, subject to the condition that she shall be represented through her counsel on each and every date of hearing. If the presence of the petitioner is required, she shall appear before the trial Court. In case of her non-appearance on the specific date fixed by the trial Court for her appearance, the trial Court is entitled to proceed with the matter, in accordance with law. 6.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
