HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD W.P. No. 28401 of 2015 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in not conducting enquiry and not passing final orders in pursuance of the proceedings Rc.A.542/ 2014, dated 24.12.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent regarding genuineness of the caste certificate of the 7th respondent as belonging to S.T.(Erukala) community, as arbitrary and illegal.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare has placed on record the Endorsement in Rc.C6/ 578/ M/ 2015 dated 18.11.2015 issued by the 1st respondent-District Collector, and submits that the District Collector has passed a detailed order clearly indicating that the 7th respondent belongs to S.T(Erukala) caste. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for in this writ petition does not survive any longer, and hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the Endorsement dated 18.11.2015 before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
