Having argued for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.3 intends to withdraw the criminal petition to file an application before the lower Court for discharge of the petitioner/ A.3.

Granting liberty to the petitioner/ A.3 to file an appropriate application before the lower Court, if charges are not framed in C.C.No.586 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Nampally, Hyderabad, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
