THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1243 OF 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking bail in crime No.232 of 2012 on the file of the Amalapuram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Sections 364-A, 384, 302, 120(B) read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard and perused.

The earlier bail applications filed by the petitioner/A.1 were dismissed by the Court below as well as this Court. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.1.
