ORDER

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under; "to issue writ or direction preferably writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in issuing order to enable the petitioner society and its members to conduct 'fishing operations' in Nalla Cheruvu Tank of Amanagallu (v) Vemulapally (M), Nalgonda District, in view of payment of lease on 05.02.2019 and representation dated 05.03.2019, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to issue fishing order and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case".

Learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for the respondents, has placed on record the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent-District Fisheries Officer, Nalgonda District, stating that after receipt of the lease proposals from the Fisheries Development Officer in full shape, lease confirmation will be given to the Fisheries Development Officer with instructions to issue fishing rights in favour of the Society.

In the light of the aforesaid instructions, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to take necessary steps within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
