CVNR, J & MSKJ, J FCA.No.179 of 2016 Dt:10.11.2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of order, dated 17.9.2016, in I.A.No.219 of 2015 in FCOP.No.82 of 2014 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Warangal, whereby the lower Court has awarded Rs.10,000/- per month towards maintenance of the respondent, who has also the custody of the minor child with her.

After arguing the case and having failed to convince this Court to interfere with the order of the lower Court, Mr. G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, FCAMP.No.446 of 2016 filed by the appellant for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
