THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8033 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The petitioner has sought for a direction to Respondents 1 to 5 to permit him to perform Dwajarohanam and Seshavahana Seva during Brahmotsavams of Sri Talpagiri Ranganadha Swamy at Lakshmipuram, Stonehousepet, SPSR Nellore District, scheduled to be held on 07.03.2017 and 08.03.2017 .

Since Brahmotsavams have already been commenced on 07.03.2017, the casue in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any are also dismissed.
