Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he has made application on 19-08-2017 for providing employment to his son on the ground that the petitioner, who is employed as driver, is declared unfit for A-1 category job pursuant to the Circular dt.03-06-2015 of 1st respondent and the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the said application. 3.

Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned counsel for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dt.19-08-2017 within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
