HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7919 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in FIR No.230 of 2017 of Amangal PS, which was registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 307 r/w 34 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 13.03.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Amangal PS, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 03.01.2018 before Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kalwakurthy and CC No. is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.230 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
