THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.15936 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the inaction on the part of the trial Court in disposing of CFR No.5618 of 2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner herein filed complaint under Sections 190 and 200 Cr.P.C. on the file of the V Additional Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Tirupati, with a prayer to forward the complaint to the concerned police for investigation under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is, to direct the trial Court to dispose of above CFR as expeditiously as possible. 5.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Tirupati, is directed to dispose of the above CFR in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
