THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE P.SREE SUDHA SPLA. No. 6 of 2014 JUDGMENT:(per the Hon'ble Sri Justice T. Vinod Kumar) This Special Appeal has been preferred by the Appellantassessee aggrieved by the orders of the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, dt.29.02.2008.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-Company, and Sri K.Raji Reddy, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes appearing for the respondent-State would submit that the appellant-Company went into liquidation during the pendency of the present appeal and a liquidator has been appointed for liquidating the assets of the Company, and a such the cause in the present Appeal may not survive for consideration by this Court any further.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, since the appellant-Company is under liquidation, the present Special Appeal deserves no consideration.

Accordingly, the Special Appeal is closed. No order as to costs.
