This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed with the following direction:

"to direct respondent No.5 to conduct the survey in Sy.No.98 & 118 of Konduru (V), Nizamabad (M), Nizamabad District by way of sub-division of Sy.No.98AA and Sy.No.118AA demarcate and boundaries of petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.3.20 gts in Sy.No.118AA total extent of Ac.6.20 gts, demarcate and fix the sub-division boundaries."

2. Heard both sides.

3. Both the counsel stated that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by common order, dated 28.01.2016, of this Court in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch.
