HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.15982 of 2005 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner.

This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2005 challenging the suspension orders dated 02.05.2003 and the petitioner was aged about 50 years at the time of filing of the writ petition. Therefore, by this time, the petitioner might have retired from service and thereby the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Hence, the writ petition is closed.
