This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to transfer O.P.No.1032 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Guntur.

When the matter came up before this Court on 18.04.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner requested time to ascertain whether the O.P. was pending or disposed of, before the trial Court. This Court granted time up to 05.06.2018 to ascertain the said fact. On 05.06.2018, 06.06.2018 and 11.06.2018 the matter was adjourned for the same reason at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 11.06.2018, this Court adjourned the matter to 12.06.2018 directing the petitioner to intimate the Court about the pendency of the O.P. and also made an observation that if the petitioner fails to furnish the details, the transfer petition stands dismissed automatically. Today also, learned counsel for the petitioner pleaded ignorance about the disposal of the O.P. In such circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that no purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending further.

Hence, the transfer petition is dismissed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
