When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home, basing on written instructions dated. 05-03-2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Munagala Police Station, Suryapet District, that on the complaint made by the petitioner on 10-12-2017, police have registered a case in Cr.No.49/ 2018 on the file of Munagala Police Station, Suryapet District and taken up investigation.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this matter.
