This Criminal Petition under Sectio n 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1277 of 2017 pending on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at .\4adhira, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427, :\7 g read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC').

None appears for the petitioners. perused the record. 3.

The case is of the year 2017. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was liled in the year 201g. The stage in the trial Court is not known.

I do not fi.nd any reason to k eep this Criminal petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is disposed off. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., in case cause survives. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
