HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 5745 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Smt. G. Jhansi, learned counsel for the petitioners, does not press this petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to respondent Nos.1 to 3 for redressal of their grievance and seeks direction to these authorities to consider the representation on merits in accordance with law. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioners make representation to respondent Nos.1 to 3 for redressal of their grievance, they shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of the representation. It is needless to mention that the petitioners shall enclose copy of the writ petition with annexures and copy of this order along with the representation.

Miscellaneous petition, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
