This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners, for grant of bail in an unregistered Crime of Mahila Police Station, Nizamabad District.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

There is no representation for the petitioners. 4.

It is a matter of matrimonial dispute. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some counselling is going on between the parties. No criminal case is registered yet against the petitioners. The Station House Officer shall not take coercive steps against the petitioners.
