Mr.Deepak Mishra, representing petitioner, submits that the petitioner has taken vakalat with no objection from him and for the present, he is not appearing in the revision. I have perused the papers in the revision and it appears the petitioner has chosen not to substitute learned counsel. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
